We only press apples grown at Hilter Fruit Farm incurring no air or sea miles, thereby reducing our carbon footprint and the impact we have on our environment. The season starts mid August with the superb, crisp, summer apple 'Estival, which is left on the tree as long as possible to develop its truly delicious flavour.

We are currently changing to environmentally friendly thinner glass for our juice which comes in 75cl or 25cl sizes. Visitors can see the fruit being pressed and bottled, this happens between September and February.
